Okay guys here is the rah reserve page (aka -=ECS=- and -{IMO}-). IMO is basically a training program to get into rah and to a lesser extent ECS. Under no circumstances, however will you use a rah| tag unless you are on the rah member's page. Work hard and play well and your sooner or later bound to get pushed into rah. There might be a chance for ECS guys (and who knows mabye IMO-but prolly not) to play in rah clan matches if we are low on men or we need a particular skill you have. Also all ECS and IMO members are encouraged to join in the rah clan practices.

Since I didn't want to erase Thrill's work above this is what IMO and ECS is:
IMO is the lowest part of our training program, these people are worthy of having the IMO tag, but not necessarily the ECS or rah tag. IMO members are in IMO either because they don't have TS, xfire, maybe aren't the best players, etc.
ECS is above IMO and below rah. These guys should be pretty skilled at the game, but still need to show loyalty to rah, need xfire and TS, or need to hone their skills to join.
Remember XFIRE and TEAMSPEAK are required to join rah, without XFIRE and TEAMSPEAK you cannot join.
